i just walked into the garage and he was 3. he was taking apart his power wheels jeep just so he could put it back together. so imagine my surprise the other day when i was getting ready in the bathroom and he comes in to comb his hair and i looked at him in the mirror and thought is he really that big? and he is. he is growing and he just won't stop. it is kind of crazy to have to reach my arms up to give my little boy a hug. and it seems like i have to keep tipping my head farther and farther back just to look up at his face. it is true what they say that the days can be long but the years just fly by. i am sure before i know it i will be looking up at evan. sigh...

Oh what a cute post. I honestly got a little teary eyed. Not like thats all that suprising but really I still remember him as a little babe and its crazy how fast he's grown. And then you talk about Evan getting big and I just get sad. I want them to stay our little boys forever!
We really need to figure out how to make them stop growing up! Could you work on that please and then tell me how?
He just seems like the best son a mom could ever want. Whenever we see him playing with his little brother and sister or helping push cars out of the snow or shovel your driveway, I tell my boys, that's the kind of teenage boy I want you to be! He's a good example to my boys over here and it really just does make me want to cry when I think of Cam & Andy being that tall. . .
